About the event
May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Mental health is essential for overall well-being at every stage of life. Regardless of age, background, or experience, prioritizing mental health strengthens individuals, families, and communities.
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month Kootenai Recovery Community Center is partnering with the Disability Action Center, the Region 1 Behavioral Health Board, NAMI-Coeur d'Alene, Brickhouse Recovery and the Free2Succeed mentoring program to host this Community Town Hall Lunch & Learn. Attendees will win Door Prizes and enjoy a provided lunch as our speakers and panel of subject matter experts answer questions, share information and provide resources that support the mental health of our community's individuals and family members.
